You will need:
½ cup olive oil
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
8 cloves of garlic finely chopped
Salad greens of your choice, such as watercress or spinach
- In a mixing bowl add olive oil and lemon juice and mix together.
- Add your salad greens.
- Add salt and pepper (to your taste) and mix well.
- Ready to eat!
